Music on ancient Chinese zither Guqin inspired by Taoism; Jingguan literally means "Observing in Stillness" and refers to one of the core Taoist meditation methods. The piece is played by Mr Wang Duo from Suzhou, student of famous Guqin master late Wu Zhaoji (???). Master Wu Zhaoji was known for his interest in meditation and Taoist health preserving methods.

I feel perpetual suspense nawing bowels, pain and muscle aches. I tried to take the typical drugs and practiced yoga, exercise and meditation, but nothing works. My blood pressure became unstable, I have gained a significant amount of weight and in general just feels horrible. What can I do?
